Cartridge (Access Controller)
The Access Controller Cartridge is a tablet cartridge that allows you to lock certain appliances and block usage to anyone who isn't holding the specified Access Card. A Security Printer can be used to print the Access Controller Cartridge and colored Access Cards.
With tablet powered on and in hand, aim it at the device. The right side of the tablet displays the colors that are authorized for the device. All other colors are not authorized. Only users with a matching colored access card will then be able to use the device. If multiple colors are authorized, only one of them needs to match. The left side of the tablet is used to select a color. Holding left mouse button will toggle that color in the list of authorized colors.
Here is an incomplete list of devices that can be affected by an Access Controller.
Warning: Access Controller will never prevent deconstruction, which also clears access controls. So a device that is deconstructed and reconstructed will be usable by anyone.
